• Provide daily administrative support to the Sacred Child Administrative Director.
• Maintain accurate, organized, and confidential records for youth, staff, and program operations.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and other documentation for program leadership and compliance purposes.
• Assist in developing, updating, and implementing program policies and procedures.
• Coordinate program communications, staff schedules, and meeting logistics.
• Conduct intake assessments and create individualized service/care plans for youth.
• Monitor and document youth progress, behavior, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical providers, schools, counselors, social services, and other community partners to meet youth needs.
• Advocate for children's safety, well-being, and developmental goals within the program and community.
• Provide safe and reliable transportation for children to doctor's appointments, family visitations, court hearings, and other approved activities.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and multidisciplinary planning sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support when needed, ensuring child safety at all times.
• Partner with child care and residential staff to ensure daily needs of youth are consistently met.
• Maintain a trauma-informed, child-centered approach in all interactions and decision‑making.
