Operate, maintain, and repair the hospital's boiler and/or chiller systems.;
Perform water treatment on boilers, steam systems, chillers, and cooling towers, and prepare systems for inspections.;
Perform boiler and chiller teardown and major maintenance.;
Winterize chillers and cooling towers; troubleshoot and maintain HVAC digital and pneumatic controls; keep work area clean.;
Communicate effectively with staff at all levels and prioritize workload to manage time with minimal supervision.
