Pool Service Technician​/Pool Cleaner

We are seeking a motivated Pool Service Technician to join our team. This role combines hands-on pool cleaning, water chemistry management, equipment maintenance, and technical diagnostics. The ideal candidate understands that pool service is both a physical trade and a technical discipline.

This is a year-round position requiring work in varied and sometimes severe weather conditions.

• Perform routine pool maintenance: cleaning, skimming, vacuuming, and balancing water chemistry
• Inspect, maintain, and repair pool equipment (pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems)
• Diagnose and fix plumbing and equipment issues, including leak detection
• Install and service pool equipment according to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain accurate service records and communicate effectively with service manager

• Prior pool service experience preferred (1–2 years)
• Knowledge of pool equipment brands (Pentair, Hayward, Jandy)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to lift 50–75 lbs, dig, and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
