Decking Subcontractor

CJL Builders LLC is seeking experienced subcontractor crews to perform high-quality deck and exterior construction work. This role is ideal for skilled builders who take pride in craftsmanship and want steady, long-term work without handling sales or client management. Offering top pay to the right subcontractor.

• Construct decks, stairs, railings, pergolas, and related exterior structures
• Perform framing, layout, and installation according to plans and local building codes
• Install and work with composite and PVC decking systems
  , including Trex, Deckorators, Timber Tech
  , and similar products
• Follow manufacturer-specific installation requirements and best practices
• Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites
• Communicate clearly with CJL Builders project management
• Meet agreed-upon schedules and deadlines
• Complete punch-list items promptly and professionally

• Proven experience in deck and exterior construction
• Hands-on experience installing Trex, Deckorators, Timber Tech, and comparable composite decking products
• Strong understanding of structural framing and code compliance
• Ability to read drawings and scopes of work
• Own tools, transportation, and crew (if applicable)
• Valid license and insurance
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable
• NO smoking on or around job-site, NO foul language, and No loud music
• Must dress clean
