Fleet Maintenance Manager
Boulder Landscaping is seeking a dual-role Fleet & Safety Manger to protect our assets and, most importantly, our team.
As the Fleet & Safety manager you will be responsible for the end to end lifecycle of our vehicles and equipment. You will ensure that every piece of equipment is work ready and every team member is trained the proper operation of all equipment.
ResponsibilitiesOversee the repair and maintenance of all vehicles, mowers, and machinery to lessen down time for our crews.
Ensure 100% compliance with all regulations; registrations, inspections, insurance.
Utilize fleet management software to monitor driver behavior and provide safety reminders and coaching where necessary.
Work with vendors to keep shop and crews supplied with what is needed.
QualificationsShould have at least 5 years in fleet management with at least 2 years of safety and compliance. Deep understanding of landscaping equipment and compliance standards. Valid Drivers License required; CDL is a significant advantage. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to enforce accountability.
