• Organize and deliver training content (sales, recruiting, retention, leadership, customer-finding) both virtually and in person.

• Develop a deep understanding of the Stampin’ Up! Compensation Plan and direct sales model.
• Support and administer select programs and curriculum in local language and culture when needed.
• Plan and execute in-person gatherings of varying sizes.
• Travel as required and flex working hours when supporting international markets.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, communication, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Direct sales experience a plus
• Experience influencing and motivating others to take action (preferably in a sales or direct sales environment)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (English + additional market language if applicable)
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Ability to plan and execute in-person events
• Willingness to travel and flex schedule as needed
