Join our Information Technology Services team at Gold Standard Automotive Network as a Technical Support & Data Specialist. This hybrid role combines Tier 1 technical support with data integrity responsibilities, supporting both our internal teams and external partners. You will play a vital role in maintaining accurate dealer and agent information within our systems (including PCRS) while assisting with support tickets and related technology tasks.

Responsibilities- Provide Tier 1 technical and operational support to internal staff and external partners.
- Accurately enter, update, and maintain dealer and agent data in PCRS and other systems.
- Transfer incoming requests and data submissions (via email or CRM) into the database promptly and accurately.
- Regularly review and verify database records, updating or correcting as necessary to ensure data integrity.
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies through systematic reviews and audits.
- Support cross-departmental data entry and technical needs to promote smooth business operations.
- Utilize CRM and project management tools to track and prioritize tickets and tasks.
- Assist in QA and testing initiatives for new features, system updates, or internal tools.
- May work other duties as assigned.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills—clear, courteous, and professional across phone, email, and chat.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and documentation.
- Organization: Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Software
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). - Bonus: Familiarity with PCRS or automotive-related systems preferred but not required.
- Core Attributes desired:
- Reliable, consistent, and able to handle sensitive data responsibly.
- Customer-service mindset with a focus on efficiency and accuracy.
- Eager to learn and grow within a collaborative, small-team IT environment.
- Experience:
1–2 years in a technical support, help desk, or data entry role. - Technical Tools:
Experience with support desk software such as Hub Spot, Salesforce or Zendesk. - Education:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Working in an office environment.
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Physical requirements include standing, typing, and communicating verbally.
- Ability to lift, sedentary – up to 10 pounds at a time.
