Dermatologist MOHS Surgeon

About this role:

As a Mohs Surgeonyou will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will practice general dermatology, diagnose/treat/remove basal cell carcinoma and melanoma in a well-established practice. You will work alongside two full-time physicians, have full MA and scheduling support, and collaborative support from other Dermatologists across the system.

• This position includes aguaranteed?starting base salary of$795,000
  /annually, a$15,000
  starting bonus and up to$20,000
  in relocation assistance when applicable
• You will practice at
  Southridge Dermatology Clinic
  in Riverton, UT
• Clinic is open Monday - Fridayand you will work (4) 10-hour days

What youllbring:

• MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine
• ACGME Residency training in Dermatology;
  Fellowship trained in MOHS surgery and Dermatologic Oncology
• Board certification or eligibility in Dermatology with a subspecialty in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery
• Active, unobstructed
  
  Utah medical license, or the ability to obtain one
• Full prescriptive authority and an active DEA, or the ability to obtain one
• Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process
