Are you a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented professional with experience in dental insurance and front office operations? We are looking for someone who can work Monday - Thursday from 7:45am to 5:00pm.
Responsibilities- Verify dental insurance eligibility and benefits
- Submit and track insurance claims and pre-authorize
- Follow up on outstanding claims
- Answer phones and schedule appointments
- Knowledge of PPO plans, EOB's, and insurance portals
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team player willing to help with all kind of tasks to help patient flow.
