Corporate Blog Specialist

Tell Our Story. Inspire Creativity. Build Community.

Let’s Create Something Worth Sharing.

At Stampin’ Up!, we believe in connecting people through creativity. For over 35 years, we’ve helped people express love, gratitude, and joy through handcrafted cards, paper crafts, and meaningful experiences. But we’re more than ink and paper — we’re a people-first community built on courage, ownership, and always bettering our best.

Description

Our corporate blog is more than content. It’s a gateway into who we are. It’s where creativity meets connection. It’s where stories come to life. And now? We’re ready to take it to the next level.

About the Role

This is a brand-new role, which means opportunity, ownership, and yes… a little bit of figuring it out as we go. We have a blog process in place, but no one internally has owned this role before. There will be kinks to smooth out. Workflows to refine. Opportunities to improve. We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just execute a process — they elevate it.

As our Corporate Blog Specialist, you’ll write, coordinate, collaborate, and creatively problem-solve. You’ll balance thoughtful storytelling with strong SEO strategy. You’ll juggle multiple projects at different stages while keeping both writing and content production (working with groups such as concept art, photography, videography, and more) moving forward at the same time.

You’ll need flexibility. Ownership. Courage to speak up about what’s working and what’s not. And the ability to keep several creative “balls in the air” without dropping the details.

If you love crafting and storytelling equally, this might just be your dream job.

What You’ll Do
  • Write, coordinate, and edit blog posts based on the content plan.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (concept art, photography, videography, social media, and more) to source and create supporting assets.
  • Coordinate projects with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of content and creative assets.
  • Optimize blog content using SEO best practices (and stay curious as SEO evolves alongside AI).
  • Participate in regular touch‑base meetings to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Identify process improvements and proactively recommend solutions.
The Real Talk (AKA The Challenges)
  • This role is new. You’ll help shape it.
  • Our blog process exists but it’s still evolving.
  • You’ll be balancing writing with active content creation and asset coordination.
  • You’ll manage projects at multiple stages simultaneously.
  • SEO continues to change quickly — adaptability is key.

If you’re energized by building something better rather than stepping into something fully polished, you’ll thrive here.

What Makes You a Great Fit

You might be perfect for this role if you:

  • Are a crafter at heart (or deeply eager to become one).
  • Are excited to immerse yourself in the Stampin’ Up! brand and community.
  • Are a strong writer who understands voice, tone, and storytelling.
  • Have experience with SEO and are curious about how AI is shaping search.
  • Are a self‑starter who figures things out without needing constant direction.
  • Are comfortable speaking up and offering thoughtful process improvements.
  • Can juggle multiple projects while staying organized and calm.
  • Love collaborating with creative teams.
  • Care deeply about people and community.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or digital marketing.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and brand voice consistency.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with creative teams and managing external contributors.
  • Proficiency with content management systems (CMS) and basic image editing tools.
  • Experience with paper crafting and DIY projects.
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • A wicked‑awesome benefits package (go ahead and compare).
  • A Friday dress code every day of the week (dust off those jeans).
  • Extreme crafting experiences (totally optional… but give it a try).
  • Paid personal time off — like, a lot of it.
  • Tuition assistance and 401(k) programs (company match, baby!).
  • A culture where people come first.
  • A place where your voice matters.
Ready to Inspire?

If you’re ready to help make our blog the creative front door to our community and you’re excited about building something meaningful from the inside out — we’d love to meet you.

Bring your creativity. Bring your courage. Bring your ownership.

Let’s build something beautiful together.
