Audi Riverside is seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Finance Manager to join our elite team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive finance and insurance, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience. This role is instrumental in helping clients secure financing and protection products that meet their needs while ensuring compliance and maximizing dealership profitability.

• Present and sell financing options, extended warranties, and protection products in a professional, transparent, and ethical manner
• Secure financing through a wide range of financial institutions while maintaining strong lender relationships
• Review credit applications, verify information, and structure deals to maximize approvals and gross profit
• Ensure all deals are fully compliant with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies
• Accurately complete all F&I paperwork and submit required documentation to appropriate parties
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and timely vehicle deliveries
• Meet and exceed sales performance goals and product penetration targets
• Maintain current knowledge of manufacturer programs, interest rates, and finance incentives
• Train and support sales staff on finance products and compliance standards
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a seamless, high-end transaction process

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Finance Manager in a high-volume automotive dealership, preferably luxury or Audi brand
• Proven track record in F&I product sales and strong knowledge of lending practices
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
• High level of integrity and compliance-driven mindset
• Proficient in F&I software platforms (Advent, Dealer track, CDK, etc.)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
