Assistant Sales Representative

Location:

Delran, NJ - on-site unless visiting client sites
Target Salary: $45-55k + commission
Job:
We are seeking an Assistant Sales Representative to join our team! As an Assistant Sales Representative you will partner with a seasoned sales representative in an effort to develop and maintain a portfolio of customers.

Position:
Senior Sales Associate - Commercial Roofing

Location:

Delran, NJ (on-site unless on client meetings)
Target Salary: $55-70k Base + Commission (Commensurate with experience)

• Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in commercial roofing or a related construction industry.

Position:
Commercial Roofing Estimator (must have Commercial Roofing estimating experience)

Location:

Near Delran, NJ - on-site meetings with owner 2x/week + travel to nearby client sites
Target Salary: $90-120k+ depending on experience (car allowance, cell phone, full benefits)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge, a strong sales track record, and the ability to consult with clients to provide tailored roofing solutions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of proven sales experience in commercial roofing or a related construction industry.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
• Proficient with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings and site visits.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of various commercial roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, PVC, BUR, Modified Bitumen, etc.).
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Existing network of contacts in commercial construction, property management, or facilities.

Job description:

We are seeking an Assistant Sales Representative to join our team! As an Assistant Sales Representative you will partner with a seasoned sales representative in an effort to develop and maintain a portfolio of customers. Job responsibilities of an Assistant Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting the Senior Sales Representative with lead generation using all available methods of lead development including electronic inquiries, telephonic inquiries and traditional door-to-door canvassing.

• Attending networking events, trade shows and business development meetings.

• Participating in roof evaluations and maintenance inspections in furtherance of client goals and desires.

• Assisting in the preparation of client project technical data for submission to the Company's Estimating Department for pricing.

• Assisting in the preparation of sales deliverables for client requested quotations and attending sales presentations for clients.

Qualifications:
