Are you a high-energy individual who loves to stay active and thrives in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Warehouse Associate to be the heartbeat of our daily operations. As a key contributor to our fulfillment team, you’ll ensure that every product is handled with care and every order is shipped with precision.

• Pay Range: $17.26 per hour
• Bonus: $1000 Sign‑On Bonus! (Paid half at 6‑months and 12‑months)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm

• Order Fulfillment:
  Master the art of the 'perfect pick.' You’ll sort, prepare, and assemble customer orders, including case picking, lumping, and e‑commerce fulfillment.
• Quality & Precision:
  Be our last line of defense. You’ll perform visual quality checks to verify quantities and ensure packaging meets our high standards.
• Inventory Integrity:
  Help keep our numbers right by assisting with physical inventories and cycle counts.
• Material Handling:
  Safely load and unload products and operate electric pallet jacks to keep the warehouse floor moving efficiently.
• Stay Safe:
  Follow all safety protocols, wear your PPE with pride, and keep the workspace clean and hazard‑free.

• Experience:
  
  At least 6 months of general work experience. (Warehouse or logistics experience is a huge plus!)
• Skills:
  
  Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with a strong attention to detail.
• Tech & Math:
  Basic math and reading skills. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or label printing is a bonus.
• Physical Stamina:
  You’re ready to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a 10‑hour shift.
• Team Spirit: A positive attitude and the ability to collaborate respectfully with leads and supervisors.

• Standing and walking for extended periods (up to 10 hours).
• Lifting, carrying, and pushing up to 50 pounds.
• Working in a noisy warehouse environment where safety is the #1 priority.
