1st Shift Shipping & Receiving Clerk at CJ Logistics America

At CJ Logistics, we are looking for an organized, detail‑oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk who can serve as the first point of contact for drivers and ensure smooth movement of shipments. You will play a key role in keeping our operations running efficiently during the 6:00 am – 2:30 pm shift.

• Pay: $21.00 per hour
• Bonus: $1,000 Sign‑On Bonus (paid half at 6 months and 12 months)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday – Friday, 6:00 amasted to 2:30 pm

• Greet & direct drivers; sign in/out, verify paperwork, assign dock doors.
• Maintain trailer inventory and real‑time yard reports.
• Coordinate yard moves with spotters, ensuring smooth activity.
• Process Bills or Lading and reconcileanç shipments with packing slips.
• Keep accurate door reports, schedules and trailer inventory.
• Deliver great customer service to internal and external customers.
• Reconcile inbound and outbound shipments.
• Report discrepancies to leadership.
• Collaborate closely with shift management to meet shift goals.
• Participate in training programs and continually improve skills.
• Perform all tasks safely and on time.
• Adapt to additional duties as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED; experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Tech‑savvy: familiarity with Blue Yonder, Korber, AS400 or other warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented and able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player; works well with others to achieve shift goals.
