Monday-Friday | Choose 7:00am-3:30pm or 8:00am-4:30pm. Pinnacle Point Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring a Nursing Supervisor (LPN or RN) to support our skilled nursing and long-term care team in Riverside, MO. This is a stable, full-time, weekday position with no rotating weekends, ideal for nurses seeking leadership responsibility and work-life balance.

• Supervise daily nursing operations and assigned staff
• Provide direct nursing care as needed in a skilled nursing setting
• Administer medications and monitor resident conditions
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state regulations
• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Support nursing assessments and individualized care plans
• Promote a safe, clean, and compliant clinical environment
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an approved LPN or RN nursing program
• Active Missouri LPN or RN license
• Current BLS/CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
• Prior long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
