* ** About the Job:*
* We're looking for an experienced  
** Pipe Welder
** to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in  
** 6G welding
** and experience working with  
** carbon steel and stainless steel pipe** . You'll be responsible for producing high-quality welds, following blueprints, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

** Pay: $24/hour*
* *
* Schedule:

*
* +  
** Monday to Friday:
** 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

+  
** Overtime (as needed):
** up to 4:30 PM

+  
** Occasional Saturdays
** may be required

*
* Key Responsibilities:

*
* + Weld carbon steel pipe primarily using  
** Flux Core Arc Welding (FCAW)*
* + Use  
** Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW)
** when FCAW cannot be used

+ Perform stainless steel welds as required

+ Ensure all welds are  
** clean, inspected, and meet quality standards*
* + Apply  
** welder stamps
** for traceability

+ Follow  
** blueprints and company welding procedures*
* + Complete and submit  
** inspection and production records
** daily

+ Maintain  
** machine calibration
** and a  
** clean, safe work area*
* + Report unsafe equipment and follow  
** safety and company policies*
* + Use  
** flame cutting equipment
** when instructed

** Skills &

Qualifications:

*
* + Certified in  
** FCAW (Carbon Steel)
** and  
** SMAW (Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel)*
* +  
** MIG Aluminum Welding
** experience is an asset

+ Able to  
** read blueprints
** and safely operate hand/power tools

+ Strong  
** attention to detail
** and  
** communication skills*
* +  
** 5-10 years
** of experience in a  
** pipe fabrication environment*
* ** Additional Information:*
* Candidates will participate in a  
** hands-on interview** , including a  
** 6G weld test
** and  
** blueprint reading assessment** .
