Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour | Depending on experience

Shift: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (2nd Shift | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM)

Must be able to train on the 1st shift.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 2 years of recent welding experience.
• Certifications: Must pass an X-rayed 6G weld test.
• Skills: Ability to read blueprints, interpret engineering drawings, and operate hand/power tools.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift 75 lbs. + Steel-toes.

• Welding Processes: Perform FCAW (Flux Core) and SMAW (Stick) welding on carbon and stainless steel pipe, with MIG aluminum as an asset.
• Quality Control: Inspect, grind, and repair welds, ensuring all products meet quality standards and blueprints.
• Equipment Maintenance: Set up welding fixtures, ensure machine calibration, and immediately report, lock out, and tag unsafe equipment.
• Fabrication Procedures: Adhere strictly to SOPs/SWIs and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Documentation: Complete inspection records accurately and report to supervisors daily.
