Perform FCAW (Flux Core) and SMAW (Stick) welding on carbon and stainless steel pipe, with MIG aluminum as an asset;
Inspect, grind, and repair welds, ensuring all products meet quality standards and blueprints;
Set up welding fixtures, ensure machine calibration, and immediately report, lock out, and tag unsafe equipment;
Adhere strictly to SOPs/SWIs and maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment;
Complete inspection records accurately and report to supervisors daily
