** 2nd Shift - Monday-Friday | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM*

** Positions:
** Assemblers (2 openings)

** Starting Pay:**  **$20/hr
** during training

+ After completing training and moving to 2nd shift, a  **$1/hr shift differential
** applies ?  **$21/hr*
* ** Responsibilities*
* + Learn and execute safe assembly practices for 2"-36" assembly, including OGS and AGS.

+ Perform in-process inspections (dimensional, orientation, parts) and additional inspections per product specifications.

+ Maintain accurate records of inspections and verify finished products meet or exceed customer standards.

+ Ensure all tools are in safe working condition and calibration is up to date.

+ Navigate Medix effectively for job/spool requirements.

+ Complete all daily checklists and TPMs.

+ Uphold 5S standards within the work area.

+ Communicate with Line Leads, Supervisors, Operations Manager, and Engineering regarding discrepancies in drawings, models, or BOMs.

** Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma required.

+ Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.

+ Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Windows) preferred.

+ Familiarity with SWI/SOP processes.

+ Strong shop math skills (fractions to decimals) and ability to use measuring tools (tape measure, calipers, micrometers, vernier scale) preferred.

+ Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints desired.

+ Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

+ Good problem-solving abilities desired.

+ Must be able to work independently, efficiently, and be self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
