As a Staging Representative
, you’ll play a critical behind-the-scenes role in preparing cutting‑edge tech solutions for deployment across a wide range of industries. From POS systems and tablets to IoT sensors and digital signage, you’ll work hands‑on with the tools that keep today’s modern operations running.

• Assemble, stage, configure, and quality‑check technology equipment
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
• Perform inventory tasks using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software
• Pick, pack, and ship technology accurately and on schedule
• Maintain high standards for staging quality and operational efficiency
• Adapt quickly to changing project needs and customer timelines
• Comply with safety procedures and company policies

• Core IT infrastructure
• Wi‑Fi, RFID, and RTLS systems
• Digital signage and kiosks
• Tablets, handhelds, wearables
• Security and access control systems
• IoT sensors and data capture devices

• Basic to intermediate computer and networking skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with iOS and Windows‑based devices
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting
• Prior experience in IT, staging, or configuration roles
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift over 50 pounds and work in warehouse conditions
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• CompTIA A+ Certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record if driving is required
