* Join our team and play a vital role in patient care! As a Phlebotomist, you'll collect high-quality specimens and perform EKGs that help deliver accurate diagnoses and exceptional care. Your work supports patients of all ages-from pediatrics to geriatrics-while ensuring comfort, safety, and respect at every step.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Collect blood specimens using approved techniques to maintain integrity and accuracy.

+ Perform and transmit EKGs for cardiology interpretation.

+ Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families.

+ Verify patient identity, maintain confidentiality, and provide instructions for non-blood specimen collection.

+ Accurately enter and release test orders in EPIC and process charges.

+ Follow all regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, IDPH, Joint Commission).

+ Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and maintain a safe, organized workspace.

BLS CPR via the American Heart Association

** COMPENSATION*
* Pay Range: $19.64 - $25.53 per hour
