MOR doctors are the official team physicians for the Chicago White Sox, Chicago Bulls, Chicago Fire Soccer Club and DePaul University Athletics.
We are looking for a full‑time Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation team at the new clinic in North Riverside. The PT will plan, implement, and evaluate patient‑care programs designed to increase, maintain, or restore function, minimize or prevent disability, and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Evaluates patients and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plans.
- Establishes appropriate, functional and objective goals based on clinical examination.
- Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.
- Provides exceptional patient care and service.
- Maintains friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; fosters a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating respectfully.
- Cultivates relationships with patients and the community.
- Maintains continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure consistent care.
- Maintains patient charts, clinical logs and checklists necessary for compliance.
- Maintains patient confidentiality regarding medical records per company policies and assures compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
- Communicates well in a professional setting.
- Performs additional duties as required.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply)
- CPR Certified
Pay Range: $80,000 – $100,000 annualized. Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors including job‑related skills, level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data, and internal equity. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
