Intermediate Mechanic

Intermediate Mechanic – American Medical Response (Riverside, CA)

Full time position with salary range $32.00 - $36.00 DOE (8‑hour shift, average 40hrs/week).

We’re hiring a mechanic to ensure our fleet across multiple locations is maintained safely and efficiently, providing timely, high‑quality transportation services to patients.

• Perform mechanical and electrical repairs per policies and procedures.
• Respond to vehicle breakdowns in the field when requested.
• Utilize parts computer program to locate needed parts and verify correct application.
• Use maintenance database to document all completed tasks and job assignments.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• 2 years verifiable experience as a Line Mechanic or Mechanic Helper/Associate.
• 2 ASE certifications (Truck or Automotive series). Preferably Brake and Steering/Suspension.
• MACS AC certification or equivalent ASE certification.
