Foreman

• Leadership – motivate and coach team members during the project
• Planning – create a project plan and execute with team members
• Delegation – assign tasks to crew members to accomplish daily goals
• Communication – represent Sunbelt in communicating with the customer and internal resources
• Project Management – create accurate project timelines
• Maintain tools and supplies to complete projects
• Document projects: daily notes, labor logs, progress reports, and other required documentation
• Assist with shop and yard cleanliness when not assigned a project
• Assist with deliveries, pick‑ups, and everyday business when not assigned a project

• Basic equipment knowledge and troubleshooting – pumps, generators, power distribution, A/C, heater, and shoring
• Strong mechanical background, preferably in a similar industry
• Strong leadership skills with a history of success
• Construction background
• Excellent time‑management skills
• Basic equipment operating skills – forklift, skid loader, etc.
• Class A CDL preferred
• Must be able to perform physical labor and lift up to 100 pounds on a regular basis

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 50 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors when required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to comply with applicable laws.

Base Pay Range: $29.19 - 40.13 (mechanics bringing tools applicable to position); the pay range is $32.00 to $39.00 per hour. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
