You’ll start by learning the brands, products, and customer experience, then progress into assisting and participating in vehicle sales as your knowledge and confidence grow.

• Develop deep product knowledge of
  Buick, GMC, and Cadillac
  vehicles and technology
• Assist customers with vehicle features, demonstrations, and questions
• Work alongside experienced sales professionals and leadership
• Learn consultative selling, communication, and relationship-building
• Advance into commission-based sales responsibilities over time

• Previous customer service experience
• Professional, dependable, and eager to learn
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Interest in business, sales, marketing, leadership, or customer experience
• No automotive or sales experience required —

• $30/hour base pay + commission opportunities
