Overview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Sales Manager to drive business growth across commercial vehicle and energy storage markets. This client-facing role is ideal for a professional who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing complex B2B deals. The Sales Manager will own the full sales cycle and develop long-term partnerships by delivering tailored technical solutions aligned with customer business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within commercial vehicle and energy storage sectors
  • Serve as primary point of contact for new clients and lead product presentations and relationship development
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution and handoff to delivery teams
  • Build and maintain a 12–18 month sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through disciplined pipeline management
  • Translate customer requirements into tailored technical and commercial solutions
  • Support pricing strategy, proposals, and negotiations to drive profitable growth
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to ensure solution feasibility
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics
  • Travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of successful B2B sales experience
  • Experience selling technical, engineered, or industrial products
  • Proven ability to close mid- to large-scale commercial deals
  • Experience managing long and complex sales cycles
  • Strong financial and commercial acumen (pricing, margins, ROI discussions)
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
