Marketing/Sales - Property Management Flooring Services
Established in 1989, Regal Commercial Services is the premier flooring and construction contractor in the So. Cal. marketplace.
Responsibilities- Generate customer leads through existing client relationships.
- Spend most of your time in the Inland Empire and North Orange County area.
- Promote Regal products and services to the existing customer base.
- Close sales by delivering excellent professional service and salesmanship (The Regal Way).
- Develop customer referrals for Regal Commercial Services flooring services.
- Collaborate with the Flooring team to prepare sales/marketing action plans and strategies.
- Maintain a daily sales schedule.
- Develop and maintain a customer database.
- Plan and conduct direct marketing opportunities with the Flooring team.
- Attend scheduled sales meetings.
- Complete any other miscellaneous tasks necessary to accomplish the above job responsibilities, as defined by the management team.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus.
