Outside Sales Representative (OSR) – Pump & Power Division – to generate profitable sales from the rental of pumps used for short‑term or long‑term projects. The role serves the Civil market segment, consistently renting pumps for moving fluid.

• B2B direct sales AND/OR project management experience within the equipment industry (required).

• Pump equipment background highly desirable.
• Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills (must).
• Ability to give presentations and business reviews to management.

The physical demands of this role require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required.

Base Pay Range: $40,000.00 – $67,761.00 per year.

Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
