Understand sales goals, plan daily/weekly workload at the direction of your direct leader, and execute to deliver on department and store sales goals and guest engagement; including merchandising, pricing workload, and promotions.;
Lead a team of hourly team members; including selecting, developing, coaching, evaluating and retaining talent;
Lead and demonstrate a safety culture through modeling and recognizing safe behaviors, identifying hazards, and reporting/investigating injuries timely and accurately;
Lead the apparel backroom process, including sort, backroom organization, and replenishment of the salesfloor in support of replenishment, fulfillment, and guest needs;
Establish routines to ensure fitting rooms are welcoming, clean, and safe for our team members and guest
