Member Specialist – Sam's Club
Location: 6363 Valley Springs Pkwy, Riverside, CA , United States of America
Responsibilities- Maintains area of responsibility in accordance with Company policies and procedures, properly handling returns, zoning the area, arranging and organizing merchandise, and identifying shrink and damages.
- Provides member service by maintaining exit areas, reviewing member receipts, acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, and assisting members with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
- Maintains self‑checkout area, resolves member issues and concerns, promotes Sam's Club products and services, provides guidance and support to members regarding self‑service technology, processes member purchases, and assists with payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges according to company policies and procedures.
- Safeguards Sam's Club assets and property by observing and communicating potential criminal activity, maintaining paperwork, logs, and other required documentation, executing emergency response procedures, and ensuring compliance with company security and safety practices.
- Assists with training Member Frontline Service associates on company processes and procedures, teaching new technology and tool functionality, delivering new program rollout training, and providing continuous learning and process improvement opportunities.
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans,queta and applying these in executing business processes and practices.
- Completes work assignments and priorities using policies, data, and resources; collaborates with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners; identifies priorities, deadlines, and expectations; carries out tasks; communicates progress and information; determines and recommends ways to address improvement opportunities, and adapts to and learns from change, difficulties, and feedback.
- Customer Service experience.
- Retail experience including operating front‑end equipment (e.g., cash register).
- Experience working with mobile retail applications.
