Job Description

Domino’s Pizza is looking for a General Manager to lead a store, ensuring all staff work efficiently and customers receive excellent service. The role focuses on cost control, inventory, cash management, and staff oversight, and offers opportunities for growth within Domino’s.

• Oversee all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set a strong example and enforce all policies and procedures 100% of the time.
• Manage staffing, paperwork, cost controls, and cash control.
• Maintain store cleanliness, marketing, profitability, and a perfect image.
• Ensure great customer service, attendance, punctuality, and transportation to/from work.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product and receive/process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.

• Orientation and on‑the‑job training provided.
• Ability to give correct written instructions.
• Verbal communication with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Accurately add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in the cooler to 90°F or higher in some work areas.
• Exposure to fumes, cornmeal dust, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, and confined spaces.

• Standing, walking, and occasional climbing of stairs or ladders.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds for bulk product deliveries and 30 pounds for pizza sauce, with frequent carrying of lighter items.
• Push and pull trays or dollies requiring a force up to 7.5 pounds.

• Forward bending, crouching, and reaching moments to stock shelves, clean low areas, and manipulate equipment.
• Eye‑hand coordination and manual dexterity required for dough shaping, pizza peel handling, and box assembly.

• Deliver product by car to customers and distribute flyers and door hangers.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

• Navigation skills: read a map, locate addresses, and navigate adverse terrain.
• Carrying pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing during delivery missions.
