As an Assistant Manager, you will work with the Store Management Team to ensure that each Customer receives an amazing Tillys Experience. This includes modeling exemplary service and selling behaviors, hiring, training, and developing a strong team of Associates, ensuring smooth store operations, creating a great store environment, and more.
