PAY RATE: $16.50/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all customers and donors receive a genuine greeting and prompt, courteous assistance.
• Stock priced items ready to be merchandised on the sales floor.
• Assist in maintaining the store and donation area, keeping it clean, neat, and organized; perform cleaning duties as assigned by Management.
• Follow all POS/Cash Register policies in accordance with TSA policies and procedures.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Attend required monthly store meetings.
• Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory items accurately and efficiently.
• Provide quality assurance by inspecting products for defects and damages.
• Assist the donor in removing all donated items from their vehicle and provide a receipt.
• Separate and sort donated materials into proper containers, and stack them as instructed by Management.
• Perform other written and/or verbal duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to accurately handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions.
• Must pass a background check, including criminal history and sex offender registry.
• Effective communication skills with management, fellow store employees, customers, and donors.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as files, chair drawers, clothing carts, merchandise carts, rolling clothing racks, fixtures, furniture dollies, platform trucks, hand trucks, and miscellaneous carts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform various repetitive motion tasks.
• Ability to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule:

The store operates 7 days per week. Work schedules are determined by Management, and employees must be flexible to ensure adequate coverage. Part‑time associates may be scheduled for any part‑time shift—including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
