• Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican dishes according to recipes and guest preferences
• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards

• Experience in broiling, sautéing, and cooking
• Knowledge of menu planning and plate presentation
• Ability to manage portion control and food costs
• Proficiency in scratch cooking
• Experience with special diets a plus

• Knife skills and kitchen management experience
• Experience preparing and cooking various Mexican dishes
• Passion for food quality and dessert making
• Experience with batch cooking and soup making

• Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 annually
