DailyResponsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican dishes according to recipes and guest preferences
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Experience in broiling, sautéing, and cooking
- Knowledge of menu planning and plate presentation
- Ability to manage portion control and food costs
- Proficiency in scratch cooking
- Experience with special diets a plus
- Knife skills and kitchen management experience
- Experience preparing and cooking various Mexican dishes
- Passion for food quality and dessert making
- Experience with batch cooking and soup making
- Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $50,000 annually
