Position:
Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) Hourly Pay Range

$29.00 - $33.00 per hour (DOE)

Job Duties
  • New graduates welcome who have a passion for working with seniors
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Follow instructions, demonstrate strong trainability, and implement care plans
  • Make independent decisions using sound judgment and critical thinking
  • Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
  • Complete patient documentation using electronic health record systems
  • Manage care for patients with acute and chronic conditions
  • Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
Required License or Certification
  • Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Active and in good standing
