Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)**###
** Hourly Pay Range****$29.00 – $33.00 per hour (DOE)**##

Job Duties
*** New graduates welcome who have a passion for working with seniors
* Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
* Follow instructions, demonstrate strong trainability, and implement care plans
* Make independent decisions using sound judgment and critical thinking
* Administer medications in accordance with physician orders
* Complete patient documentation using electronic health record systems
* Manage care for patients with acute and chronic conditions
* Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)##
** Required License or Certification**
