• Lead and manage daily operations of the Medical/Surgical/Telemetry units, ensuring optimal patient care delivery.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation for efficient unit operations.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, state regulations, and accreditation standards.
• Act as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, and other departments, ensuring seamless communication and workflow.

Candidate requirements

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) required; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience in Medical/Surgical or Telemetry settings.
• Previous leadership or management experience is required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
