Under the supervision of an adult medicine physician, you will provide nursing care, assist physicians, administer medications and injections, perform routine exams, and treat common episodic and chronic health problems, while providing patient education. The role operates under the Medical Home Model, emphasizing patient-centered, comprehensive, accessible care, maintaining high-quality relationships with patients, their families, and caregivers.
Clinic hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm. Full benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Holidays.
Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000. UHS complies with pay transparency laws and provides salary ranges in job postings, with offers based on education and experience.
