Responsibilities
Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of normal limits of vital signs and commonly used lab tests by recognizing abnormal findings and reporting them to the RN. Under the leadership of the RN, the LVN gathers data on the patient’s physical, emotional, and family psychological needs, and provides skilled and safe nursing care to assigned patients.
Qualifications- Current licensure as a LVN in the State of California.
- Current Basic Life Support certification and ACLS required.
- Required IV certification.
- Required NIHSS Stroke certification.
