CompensationThis position is a pay‑per‑visit compensation model. Pay per visit ranges from $50 to $160, commensurate with experience and depending on type of visit. The compensation reflected on this posting is an estimate of yearly compensation.

- Provide nursing care to homebound patients in compliance with physician orders, applicable laws, and Lorian Health policies.
- Perform medical necessity review, initial assessments, continued stay review, discharge planning, and other duties as required.
- Utilize all elements of the nursing process to assess and evaluate patient/client status, administer medications and treatments, and maintain a safe environment.
- Teach patients, families, and caregivers self‑care techniques as appropriate.
- Provide hands‑on supervision for team nursing model, pairing an RN with an LVN and therapists where applicable.
- Deliver professional nursing care by assessing patient/client status, administering prescribed medications, maintaining safety, and instructing on self‑care.

- Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing, with a BSN preferred.
- Currently licensed to practice as an RN in the state of practice.
- Clinical knowledge of various disease processes.
- One year of acute nursing experience in medical, surgical, and/or critical care (home health experience preferred).
- Excellent observation, nursing judgment, and oral and written communication skills.
- Self‑directing, flexible, and cooperative in fulfilling role obligations.
