Pay Range: $950- $1150 per week
- Assist in the development and execution of advertising campaigns
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and trends
- Collaborate with senior agents to brainstorm innovative advertising strategies
- Support the creative team in the design and production of marketing materials
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics
- Communicate with clients to gather feedback and provide updates on campaign progress
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of advertising principles and strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
