Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. This role involves sewing heavy-duty materials and performing repairs on firefighter protective gear. If you have strong attention to detail and experience with industrial sewing machines, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

* Operate industrial sewing machines to repair and alter protective garments

* Sew heavy materials accurately and consistently

* Maintain quality standards and meet deadlines

* Assist with other tasks as needed to support the team

Qualifications:

* Experience sewing heavy materials

* Proficiency with industrial sewing machines

* Ability to sew straight lines and maintain attention to detail

* Willingness to work 40+ hours per week and occasional overtime

* Positive attitude, high energy, and team-oriented mindset

* Reliable, punctual, and able to adhere to deadlines

* Must pass a sewing skills demonstration prior to hiring

Schedule:

* Monday-Friday, 7:00A - 3:30P full-time

* Frequent overtime opportunities

Compensation & Benefits:

* $20.00 per hour
