**** The Opportunity
** As an Assembler, you will be responsible for putting together various components or parts to form a final product. This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to follow assembly instructions accurately.  To be successful in this position, you will need:
*
* Key Responsibilities:

*** Read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and technical documents.
* Assemble components accurately and efficiently to meet production standards.
* Use hand tools, power tools, or machinery to assemble parts.
* Inspect parts and assemblies for quality and adherence to specifications.
* Identify and report any assembly issues or defects to supervisors.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
* Collaborate with team members and other departments as needed to improve assembly processes.
*
* Qualifications:

*** High school diploma or equivalent.
* Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing is preferred.
* Ability to read and understand technical documents and blueprints.
* Strong manual skills and hand-eye coordination.
* Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
* Basic math skills for measuring and calculating.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication skills.

* Physical Requirements:

*** Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
* Capability to lift, push, pull and move materials, typically up to 50 pounds.
* Sitting, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, squatting and stepping up/down from material handling equipment
* Using hand tools
** Work Environment:
*** Working around moving industrial machinery and exposure to machinery noise, chemicals, and fumes from associated products
* Working in moderate cold to extreme heat temperatures
* Working in a production/warehouse environment.
