Location: Riverside, CA
Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of experience in welding, fabrication, and manufacturing.
• Proven experience with power hand tools and manufacturing equipment.
• Previous forklift certification (2+ years).
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift 20 lbs unassisted, up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Strong team player with a desire to grow within the company.

• Program and operate robotic welding systems for both carbon steel and stainless steel.
• Utilize your knowledge of welding principles, including weld wire types (solid and flux core), gases, and cutting methods (plasma and oxy/fuel).
• Operate high-definition plasma cutting tables.
• Read and interpret moderately complex drawings and prints for accurate fabrication.
• Use hand and power tools (grinders, hammers, plate rolls, punch presses, etc.).
• Design and build tools and fixtures to improve production processes.
• Create jigs and fixtures based on prints or original designs.
• Maintain a safe production environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support manufacturing operations.
