• You will be working onsite at our Riverside, CA facility.
• You will be working 2nd shift hours (3pm-11:30pm M-F).
• You will be part of the IAM Local 964 union.
• Assemble, fabricate, and install honeycomb, adhesive bonded, and composite assemblies following blueprints and engineering orders.
• Layup composite materials, apply parting agents, perform bagging and vacuum blanketing, and prepare components for cleaning, masking, and coating.
• Operate drying ovens, mix sealants and adhesives, to create aircraft components. Manage material storages and replenish empty spaces.
• Utilize specialized machine attachments, overhead cranes, and computer‑based data systems.
• Ensure accurate documentation, possibly participate in voluntary Kaizen events, and maintain good shop practices.
• Perform all work in accordance with quality standards and established safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.

• Typically, a HS Diploma or GED is required.
