The Superintendent oversees day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring efficiencies across production, warehouse/shipping, safety, maintenance, quality, and related production activities. The Superintendent collaborates with site leadership to strengthen an engaging, accountable, and trust‑based work environment.

• Establish organization structure, hire, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, discipline employees; communicate expectations; plan, monitor, appraise, review contributions; enforce policies and procedures.
• Contribute production information and recommendations to strategic plans; prepare and complete action plans; establish and implement production, productivity, quality, customer‑service standards; promulgate good manufacturing practices.
• Forecast requirements; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate production plan with sales, traffic, and manufacturing.
• Establish priorities; schedule processes; control progress; resolve problems.
• Establish standards; conduct inspections; determine and complete maintenance requirements.
• Establish, follow, and enforce standards and procedures; comply with legal regulations; maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment.
• Participate in educational opportunities; read technical and professional publications.

• Wear all required PPE while in the manufacturing facility.
• Monitor employee activities; provide feedback and discipline to promote a safe workplace.
• Oversee development and organization of all safety‑related documentation.
• Ensure all required safety related training is conducted.
• Develop and implement employee programs to promote safe employee behavior.
• Audit equipment and shop floor for safety improvements.
