As Chief of Staff, you will report to the VP of Growth Analytics driving the effectiveness of the leadership team. You will be pivotal in communicating key messages, solving complex problems through collaboration and influence, and managing key operational work streams. You will build strong relationships across Growth Analytics and the broader CVSH enterprise with senior stakeholders, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated.

• Lead special projects across the organization including executive-level presentations, innovation partnerships, return on investment (ROI) and impact reporting.
• Independently advance initiatives and problem solve obstacles encountered with little senior leader input; anticipate roadblocks prior to them occurring.
• Communicate key messages ensuring information flow, clarity, and visibility across Growth Analytics team, senior leaders and stakeholders through effective communication channels.
• Oversee departmental operations with attention to detail and follow through, including leading planning, budgeting, recruiting, and colleague performance review and promotion process.
• Prepare content and facilitate organization-wide programming including Quarterly Townhalls, Quarterly GA leadership sessions, Career Series, and special events.
• Foster collaboration and a strong GA culture to support colleague engagement events, colleague onboarding, career development, and recruitment.
• Respond promptly to emerging needs, ensure follow-through and delivery on priorities, tracking progress and coordinating requests to meet deadlines.

• Proven problem-solving ability and responsiveness in dynamic environments
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills with senior leaders and peers
• Detail-oriented approach to managing complex projects and processes
• Demonstrated follow-through and on-time delivery of impactful results

• 5-7 years in Chief of Staff, strategy or analytic consulting role with measurable business impact

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's or MBA preferred
• Healthcare experience preferred

The typical pay range for this role is : $ - $ This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program addition to the base pay range listed above.

This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
