General Manager – Domino’s Pizza

Domino’s Pizza is looking for an experienced leader to oversee store operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service, cost control, and profitability.

As a General Manager, you’ll be responsible for everything that happens during your shift – from cost controls and inventory management to customer relations and staff performance. You must set the example, maintain 100% compliance with company policy, and fully support your crew.

• Oversee general store operations, including cost, inventory, cash, and quality control.
• Staff scheduling, hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Manage customer service, maintain store cleanliness, and ensure an attractive store image.
• Handle marketing, promotions, and community engagement to drive sales.
• Monitor profitability and meet sales goals.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Strong leadership and decision‑making skills.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) and ability to give correct monetary change.
• Computer proficiency – keyboard typing, touchscreen usage, and order‑entry systems.
• Hands‑on experience with food equipment, prep areas, and open‑faced operations.
• Experience with inventory control, cost control and training of staff.

• Create accurate order entry using a computer or touch screen.
• Make correct monetary change in a timely, accurate manner.
• Coordinate verbal, written, and telephone communication for orders.
• Maintain motor coordination between eyes and hands for precise movements.
• Handle motor coordination in a fast‑paced environment with focus and speed.

Store environment varies from cool (36°F) to hot (>90°F) areas; exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and high temperatures. Employees may work outdoors in varying weather and navigate stairs or ladders. Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F are present.

• Standing for most tasks; walking short distances.
• Lifting (up to 50 lb for bulk product deliveries) in freight areas.
• Carrying, pushing, pulling light equipment over short distances.
• Climbing stairs or ladders infrequently.
• Reaching (up to 72 in) to gym, machinery, ovens, and inventory.
• Manual dexterity needed for dough handling, pizza preparation, and equipment operation.

• Deliver product by car; drive within a designated delivery area.
• Navigate various terrains, multi‑story buildings, private homes.
• Maintain a safe driving record; meet company vehicle and license standards.
