The Maintenance role is responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness, safety, and appearance of the dealership facilities. This position supports daily operations and ensures a welcoming environment for customers and employees.
Key Responsibilities- General Cleaning Duties:
Sweep, mop, and vacuum dealership floors;
Dust furniture, surfaces, and equipment;
Clean and sanitize restrooms; restock supplies;
Empty trash cans and recycling bins regularly;
Clean windows, glass doors, and mirrors to maintain a spotless appearance. - Technician Stall Cleaning:
Clean and sanitize technician stalls, removing grease, oil, and automotive fluids;
Ensure safe and organized work environments for technicians;
Properly dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with safety regulations. - Exterior Maintenance:
Sweep and clean service drive areas, parking lots, and entrances;
Remove litter and debris from sidewalks and dealership exteriors;
Clear snow, ice, and debris from walkways as needed. - Operational Maintenance Tasks:
Operate floor cleaning and maintenance equipment;
Perform minor repairs, including changing light bulbs, unclogging drains, and fixing fixtures;
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies; notify management when supplies need replenishment;
Assist with setup and teardown for special events or promotions;
Conduct touch-up painting and drywall repairs;
Address minor plumbing and equipment issues. - Safety And Compliance:
Adhere to company safety protocols and health regulations;
Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of hazardous materials;
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or hazards promptly.

- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to complete tasks on time
- Basic mechanical and maintenance skills
- Strong safety awareness and adherence to safety guidelines
