Salary $130,000 - $180,000 per year

We are a firm dedicated to providing legal support to municipalities, and we are seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney to join our team. We help cities and schools navigate a broad spectrum of legal challenges, including personal injury, employment, discrimination, fraud, civil rights, and harassment cases. This role involves defending municipalities and educational institutions against diverse legal issues.

• Work independently while managing your own caseloads.
• Write motions, appear in court, take depositions, and respond to discovery requests.
• Analyze legal issues, exposure, and defenses under the guidance of a partner.
• Draft and respond to discovery requests; conduct legal research and writing with excellent analytical skills.

• Membership in the State Bar of California.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.

• Competitive Pay ($120,000-$180,000 depending on experience).

As part of our boutique firm, attorneys work independently while managing their own caseloads, writing motions, appearing in court, taking depositions, composing and responding to discovery requests, and analyzing legal issues, exposure, and defenses under the guidance of a partner.
